The Goat Inn is the at the centre of the village physically and culturally.

As well as Goatfest, the annual live music festival, there are more frequent activities including a popular bi-weekly quiz night (Sunday), Open Mic nights (Thursday), the Blue Grass collective on every other Tuesday, regular Saturday night live music events.

We are proud to be the ‘home’ of The Goat Players, a bunch of locals brought together by Johnny Tait, a long established comedian and playwright. Their annual pantos have raised £8-10k for our local Isobel Hospice since 2008.
